Golfmates.com is delighted to congratulate Robert Evans and Penny Chin Evans on their recent marriage. Robert and Penny met on Golfmates.com in the summer of 2004 and were married at sunset on Dec. 31, 2004, on the grounds of the spectacular Stadium Course at PGA West, La Quinta, in Palm Springs, California. Robert and Penny's first date was a "get to know you" dinner. "We found ourselves chatting and laughing for hours," Penny recalls. "The next day we met for golf. And that was the beginning of a growing relationship."
